Display musical notes

WinAudioMLS can display the corresponding musical note at the cursor position. This function is useful for tuning instruments. In particular it helps instrument builders to easily read the note value. The display shows the note "C C # D D# E F F# G G# A A# B C", the ideal frequency and the deviation from this frequency in %. 100% corresponds to one quarter tone distance. The display matches the equal tempered  12 tone scale:
